_This Customer Support Officer role encompasses:_

  • Review, investigation and finalisation of Partial and Full Release matters
  • Completion of data entry and workflow activities
  • Review and updating of new to Suncorp banking accounts where required
  • Timely completion of reporting activities as required
  • Identification and reporting of errors and incidents

_ Key Accountabilities _

  • High attention to detail with regards to data quality, making sure that first time execution is a focus when completing all tasks
  • Advanced communication skills both verbal and written for team, department or external, conveying this coherently and confidently
  • Timely actioning and completion of tasks to meet agreed service level agreement
  • Completion of regulatory and company compliance through computerbased training courses being completed on time
  • Identify case management initiatives as required, develop and then communicate to team

  • Banking and Wealth Managers and Team Members,
  • Lending Assessment Managers, Leaders and Team Members,
  • Home Lending Managers, Leaders and Team Members,
  • Lending Product and Portfolio Managers, Leaders and Team Members

_ Experience _

  • Experience in roles requiring high levels of detail attention and risk
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
  • Customer Service experience (Store or Contact Centre)
