Our client, an educational sector icon with its head office located in Warragul 3820, is in
urgent need of an experienced Employment Relations Advisor to step into a fixed term contract.

Working within the Industrial Relations/Human Resources team your role will include:

  • Managing Queries
  • Providing advice and services
  • Manage investigations as required
  • Implementation of policies/procedures
  • Assist with compliance
  • Undertake projects
  • Qualifications in a relevant field, ideally HR or Employment Relations, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an Employment Relations position
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of industrial relations and other related legislation

On Offer:

  • Salary Range $108,000 to $121,000 dependent on experience
  • Fixed Term contract to the 30th August 202
  • Warragul base location
  • Full Time position with some flexibility with start & finish times
  • Opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of Gippsland's premier employers
