Key Account Executive, ANZ

Thesalesorganisationin Qlik is the primary connection to our customers andprospects,focusing on driving revenue in new accounts and expanding our presence in the territory's existing customers.

The teams work geographically or areindustry focused.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Develop and executeterritoryplans
Independently identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as upselling toexisting customerbasein close cooperation with Qlik partners.
Managing contract negotiations to closure.
Drive customer success through strong understanding of their business and ability to strongly engage the Qlik value proposition within those customercommunities
Build up a sustainable and robust pipeline quarter by quarter and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and accountplanning

The skills and qualifications required for this role:
Ability to manage multiple sales cycles from creation toclosure
Ability to qualify andprioritiseprospects, and generate opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationshipbuilding
Excellent communication, listening, presentation,negotiation,and writingskills
An outgoingfocusedandorganisedpersonalitywith a strong will tosucceed
Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironmentandidentify and understand key marketdrivers
Ability to communicate complicated ideas or business issues,so that everyoneunderstands
Experience & Qualifications
Desired experience with a successful track record in one or more of the following areas:
More than 10 years of successful software solutions sales experience to Federal Government.
Demonstrable experience of managing/working channels and experience calling on and selling to senior decision-makers – in both business and IT
Strong track record ofsuccess
Ideally, experience in the Business Intelligence software market but not essential
Education
Bachelor's Degreedesirable
Location/Mobility
This role is based in Canberra.
