About the Company


Davidson Technology are currently supporting one of Australia's top supermarket giants in finding an exceptional Delivery Manager to deliver a large-scale Salesforce program.

The organisation are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to join them on a 6-month contract.

The organisation adhere to a current Hybrid Work model and require 1-2 days per week at their Hawthorn East based HQ.

They also operate on a great hourly working week which offers good work-life balance.

About the Role
This role will be accountable for delivering the technology components required to support key transformation programmes.

You will be faced with engaging with and managing senior stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the initiatives ensuring projects are successfully delivered and transitioned into support.

You will also be tasked with leading a team of people across permanent team members, contractors and vendor resources.


You will be reporting to the Head of Enterprise Application Technology and MUST have experience running big salesforce programs of work before.

Running an organisation's Salesforce practice is ideal and you must have excellent vendor management.

The key stakeholders you will be dealing with include:

  • Internal business stakeholders
  • Head Of Enterprise Application Technology
  • Delivery Managers
  • Project/ Program Managers
  • Technology Stakeholders
  • Architecture Team
  • External 3 rd party software vendors and implementation partners

About You
You will be equipped with the following work experience:

  • Experience in delivering large Salesforce programs of work
  • Proven ability to manage complex Program Scheduling, Financial and Resource Management, Change Control, Risk Issues and Assumptions Management, Status Reporting, Documentation and Deliverable Management
  • Experience in building, leading and coordinating project teams including software vendors and 3rd party integrators
  • Experience in IT strategy development
  • Experience managing relationships with senior leaders
  • Experience at managing department and project budgets
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Provide a single point of accountability for engagement with business stakeholders on their business strategies and translating this into an IT roadmap and deliverables.
  • The delivery of change programs, inclusive of technology solutions and landing change and business benefits
  • Program Delivery
  • Planning of overall transformation program activities and aligning with business and IT strategies and constraints
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple large integration projects concurrently
  • Ability to manage and highlight programme risk profiles and interdependencies
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of projects to BAU IT teams
  • Facilitate and enable inclusive design by planning for and prioritising accessible design, requirements, development and testing.
  • Own and drive the digital accessibility plan for all digital assets within your portfolio including assets delivered or managed via vendors and contractors.
  • Meet the organisation's obligations
  • Ensure our digital channels are fully accessible to customers and team members with disabilities
  • Protect and enhance Coles' reputation with customers, stakeholders, regulators and media
  • Accountable for personal and team compliance with internal company policies, procedures and codes, eg Code of Conduct, and all applicable external laws, regulations, standards and industry codes eg Fair trading Laws
  • Commitment to the corporate and or relevant Brand/ Retail Support Compliance Program
  • Integration of compliance requirements into team performance reviews
