THE OPPORTUNITY


This role would ideally suit an individual who is ready to take charge and lead a small dynamic team to excellence, while driving efficiency in the Mail Room services.

You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail, and you will have a good level of computer literacy.

Effective communication skills will also be required.


Based at our customer site in Kensington, this is a full-time, permanent position, covering a standard 8-hour shift between 8:00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and assisting team to provide an efficient mail service delivery
  • Collating incoming/outgoing mail and courier data
  • Delivering a great service and building strong relationships with your clients
  • Advising customers of the most efficient solutions to meet their distribution requirements
  • Prioritising and monitoring customer requests according to complexity and urgency
  • Completing daily record keeping functions and reporting
  • Completing monthly transaction data

YOUR EXPERIENCE
As an experienced
Mail Room Supervisor , you will bring the below valued skills to our business:

  • Previous experience in a mail room environment
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
  • Experience working in a corporate/professional services environment
  • Knowledge of Mail and Courier administration
  • Knowledge of Records Management Systems and Process
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of quality standards
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering a high level of customer service
