Mail Senior Supervisor Position Start Date: 5th AugustPay Rates: $41.39 per hour + superContract Length: Up to 7 weeks.Locations: Sydney Olympic Park Description: Oversees all mail receipt and scanning processes whilst providing support and advice to the PVA supervisors to mitigate risks and issues that arise during operations. Responsibilities include overseeing mail receipt and scanning processes, implementing efficiency measures, and mentoring team supervisors. Proactively addressing operational risks and providing progress reports are key. Must have strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective team leadership and conflict resolution.
PV Data Entry Senior Supervisor Position Start Dates: 6th AugustPay Rates: $41.39 per hour + superContract Length: Up to 7 weeksLocations: Sydney Olympic Park Description:Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data entry operations, providing support and guidance to PVA supervisors, and escalating operational issues and risks to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing PVAs' data entry for accuracy and efficiency, implementing quality control measures, and mentoring supervisors for effective team management. Key skills involve strong problem-solving abilities, innovative strategies for process optimization, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in personnel management and development. Play a key role in monitoring operational KPIs, training operational staff, troubleshooting issues, completing daily runsheets/checklists, generating reports in the Election Management Application (EMA), and reporting to the CPVCC Operations Lead. Responsibilities include leading and managing operations, developing strategies for enhanced customer satisfaction and efficiency, monitoring KPIs, implementing corrective actions, and providing training and support for staff. Key skills involve prior experience in customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
