Due to an exciting project underway, Iron Mountain is rapidly expanding and is seeking Mailroom Supervisors to join its friendly team.

Your New Role

As the Mailroom Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role onsite for one of Iron Mountain's key clients, ensuring smooth mail and package operations, whilst supervising a team of Mailroom Team Members. This full-time temporary role, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm, presents an opportunity for permanency for the right person.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing ongoing coaching and support to your team members.
• Engaging in valuable one-to-ones, creating an open forum for feedback and growth.
• Handling customer escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Motivating the team to consistently reach their KPI's.
• Cultivating a proactive and collaborative team environment.

• Previous mailroom experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Intermediate computer skills.
