This is a permanent part time position, working approximately 2-3 days per week (we are flexible on what days/hours you work)_

  • This role will suit someone who is business minded, is a selfstarter and can work and solve problems autonomously in a fastpaced environment._
  • In this role, you will primarily be working within our Managing Director and our Project Site Managers. You will also have the support of a small, hard working and closeknit office team._

Key Responsibilities:_

- _Xero Bank and credit card transaction processing and reconciliation_
- _Maintaining construction project expense tracking records_
- _Liaising with site managers_
- _Xero/payroll support_
- _Assistance with purchase orders, entries and allocation_
- _Assisting payments and transfers_

About you:_

- _Min. 2 years office administrator/bookkeeper experience with a common sense approach_
- _Ability to work and solve problems independently_
- _Diligent, precise and with a strong attention to detail_
- _Experience working in a face paced environment_
- _Must have extensive experience with Xero and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel._
- _Good people and communications skills_
- _Ability to prioritise workloads_

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
$ $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
