Reporting to the HSE Director, you will encompass advising colleagues and clients across the nation on HSE compliance and injury management.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Monitor the Insurance Risk Management program and continue to action the recommendations to minimise and control the risks identified on particular assets,Minimise work related injuries across the account,Providing advice and support to colleagues, senior management and clients on HSE matters,Maintaining and reviewing incident management programs and developing strategies for management of HSE issues in the workplace,Coordinating consultative forums across the region,Developing and implementing HSE training to the business (including induction, business line specific and risk specific training etc);Assisting the business manage contractors,Conducting workplace assessments.
Previous experience within an HSE role preferably within the property industryExposure to property onsite facilities services in commercial, retail or industrial assets is desireableCompletion a qualification within safety, environmental management, engineering or health.
Applicants with Qualified /NZS 4801 and/or Safety Map Auditor, RTW Coordinator iCAM or Tap Root investigation certification will be received favourably.
