We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team at Programmed. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to business units on compliance, planning, and HSE projects.
- Assist in managing compliance with the Safety and Environment Management System and performance indicators.
- Facilitate and participate in high-level incident investigation and risk assessment activities.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of Safety Management System related projects.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Experience dealing with environmental issues, reporting, and union relations is highly regarded.
- Able to apply Health, Safety, and Environment Legislation to business activities.
- Ability to coach internal and external stakeholders on complying with Workplace Health & Safety Standards.
