We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Advisor to join our team at UGL. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HSE management plans and risk assessments for our telecommunications and construction projects.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams and contractors on HSE best practices and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor operational teams on risk mitigation and safety culture development.
- Develop and maintain SWMS, risk registers, and management plans to ensure legal compliance and documentation upkeep.
We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused HSE professional with excellent stakeholder management skills. Your qualifications and attributes include:
- Diploma in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-risk industry
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Field experience and interaction with subcontractors
- Construction White Card
- Australian C class driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
