What will you do? Develop and instil a safety-first culture through visible effective leadership and workforce, engagement to achieve the best possible standards of workplace safety.

Contribute to delivering key supply chain indicators on safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity.

Full ownership of financial performance of DC Management function (DC cost to sales %, cost out targets, budget adherence)Actively manage all cost elements including labour, MHE, consumables, contractors, and others Provide leadership, training, coaching and mentoring to DC team members, leading the capability development of operational excellence competencies Provide leadership to collaborate, negotiate and build alliances with internal departments such as sales, product management, production and finance Responsible for compliance of DC Management function to all regulations and policies Lead a team of DC/Warehouse managers nationally with direct responsibility over all Vinidex facilities in the region About you Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and challenge the norms.

Have a passion for building a culture of excellence through effective leadership and world class productivity Strategic with Attention to Detail: Ability to work both tactically and strategically in an environment where business analytics need further development.

A Bachelor's degree majoring in Supply Chain or similar academic qualification in a related field10+ years' operational leadership experience in building, infrastructure, civil and/or mining preferred Leadership of a national DC network preferred, multi-site leadership in an operational setting will also be considered Background in managing heavy load types and mixed freight in storage and transport preferred Why join us?
