Role Summary: Looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Manager to be the primary contact for all Asset Brokers in our network. If you have a solid background in the asset finance sector and a proven track record in managing diverse finance deals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will play a vital role in supporting and boosting the success of our extensive broker network.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for Asset Brokers in our network, delivering top-notch support and guidance.
- Create and execute strategic initiatives to enhance broker engagement and productivity.
- Spot and capitalize on new business opportunities within the asset finance sector.
- Work with brokers to structure and close finance deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Offer training and development resources to improve brokers' knowledge and skills.
- Track and report on broker performance, providing insights and suggestions for enhancement.
- Represent Ausloans Finance Group at industry events, promoting our services and expanding our network.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in the asset finance sector with a deep grasp of various finance deals.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with brokers and clients.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
- High level of confidence, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to supporting a large network of brokers.
- Excellent organizational abilities, managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet brokers and attend industry events.
