The role:

  • Registering and overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation
  • Preparing relevant documentation including assisting with the formatting/typing of correspondence, submissions and presentations
  • Ensuring all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant procedures such as the Management System
  • Raising purchase orders for relevant goods including stationery, computer consumables etc
  • Maintaining an effective filing/archiving system to ensure records and documents are suitably protected from damage and are readily available
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of supplier dockets
  • Assist with matching invoices and support documents for creditor claims
  • Liaise with team members to ensure all costs are processed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with finance timetable
  • Responsible for the process of Purchase Requisitions and Discretionary spending processes

  • Advising subcontractors, managers and engineers of administrative requirements of the Project
  • Managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes

To be successful you must possess the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is
    ESSENTIAL
