The Role


An exciting opportunity has become available for a
Regional Manager to join our team to take responsibility for managing the profitability and performance of approximately 15 stores across South East Queensland.


We are looking for someone who is results-focused, with a proven record of delivering operational excellence, and who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and coaching on sales and store operations to motivate and engage your team to achieve long-term business growth.

This is a hands-on role that will see you leading your teams from the front and will report directly to the QLD State Manager.

What you are accountable for

  • Oversee multiple stores with full accountability for performance, profitability, and people.
  • Maximising sales and profits whilst controlling costs.
  • Reporting and analysis for each location. Working with store teams to monitor sales and KPIs to identify opportunities.
  • Provide full support in managing and mentoring 1 Area Manager & approx. 15 Store Managers.
  • Build, motivate and lead your team to success with clear direction and a focus on meeting business performance goals.
  • Understand and ensure Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to within your stores.
  • Partner with Store Managers and the business to effectively recruit and select team members for your area.

What will make you successful:

  • Demonstrated experience in multisite management (responsible for a minimum of 10 stores).
  • Apparelretail experience is preferred.
  • Have an empowering leadership style.
  • Passionate about people, team development, and our customers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strategic thinker with a future view.
  • Effective communication skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Exposure and knowledge of large stock volumes and stock management
  • Ability to define clear goals and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Local and national travel is expected, a driver's licence is required for this role.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
