About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Partnerships team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support the overall growth strategy of Bizcap's Partnerships channel.
Please note we are looking for someone to join our team in our
Melbourne office, with relocation fees generously covered.
Key Responsibilities:

Aggregator Liaison: Maintain and strengthen relationships with aggregators. Ensure we are leveraging our sponsorships to improve awareness and visibility, and to pursue key brokers. Communicate any Bizcap company updates and assist in data integrity for aggregator payments.

Referral Partner Management: Engage with referral partners to enhance goal alignment and ultimately increase leads, quality, and conversion.

Training, Education & Events: Develop and deliver product training for new and existing broker partners, including organising internal and external events.

Partnerships Event Allocation: Own the Partnerships event calendar ensuring that relevant BDMs are at the relvent events. Manage resourcing, event prep and collaborate with marketing for collateral.

Partner Communication: Driving the Partnerships incentives strategy and ensuring the Partner Customer Experience is heightened. Work alongside the Marketing team to assist in refining the Partnerships communication strategy and content.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain processes which improve the Partner customer experience and BDM workflow.
About You:

- Previous experience in the lending, broking, or aggregation space is ideal but not essential.
