Overview Of The Company / Role
  • Head Office based Gregory Hills
  • Award winning major home builder established for over 20 years
  • Employing approx. 130 staff building 500 homes per year
  • Currently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant in their Cobbitty Display (3 homes on display - 2 that have won HIA Awards)
  • As a Sales Consultant you will be servicing clients across KDR, Greenfield and House & Land
  • Working with a highly experienced management team (Sales Manager and Business Development Manager), you will have a good support structure
  • In addition, there is a dedicated marketing team that are currently prioritising the Cobbitty area
  • Salary $65k + Super + 1.2% commission paid on deposit
  • Opportunity to increase commission to 1.5% once you have a steady run rate of 3+ sales per month
  • Also includes mobile phone and laptop

Key Responsibilities

My client is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to facilitate the entire sales process whilst providing an exceptional customer experience.
This role includes prospecting, engaging, servicing, and selling to prospective clients who are looking at purchasing contract homes (either KDR or Greenfields Estates) and House and Land Packages.
Duties to include:
  • Engage with prospective buyers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct tours of display homes and communities, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Assist buyers in selecting the perfect home design and floor plan
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of homes and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the contract and closing process, including negotiations and paperwork.
  • Follow up with clients post-closing to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Requirements To Apply

  • Experience using CRM programs
  • Competitive drive to continually exceed sales targets
