What's the job?

NOTE:
You must hold full working rights to be considered for this role. You must be located in any of the areas above mentioned.

Day-to-day accountabilities:

  • Offer a welcoming approach to all inbound and outbound communications with enquirers, applicants and offer holders.
  • Assist with conversion of new students.
  • Clearly articulating responses to prospects who are considering a course within the University.
  • Work closely with recruitment team to prioritise and manage the pipeline.
  • Support international Admissions and Enrolments team with student documentation and enrolment.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of the University's courses and campuses.

Who you are

  • Previous experience in a similar position within the education sector preferably within international education
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education and/or training
  • Proven organisational and planning skills with an ability to manage competing deadlines while working under pressure, comfortable working in a fastpaced office environment.
