What's the job?


Reporting to the Associate Director of International Recruitment Operations, the International Future Student Manager is responsible for the conversion of future international students through all stages of the recruitment journey.


The role is responsible for the delivery of a seamless experience for our future students from the point of enquiry to enrolment.

Leading and motivating a team of Future Student Advisors to ensure that they provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail ensuring the highest standard of delivery.


Day-to-day accountabilities:

  • Ownership of the international future student pipeline through all stages of the recruitment journey to deliver new enrolment targets.
  • Enquires are managed within agreed SLA's.
  • Partner with Recruitment and Admissions managers on pipeline management, prioritisation and forecasting.
  • Implement and manage systems and processes to ensure all databases are kept up to date with accurate and detailed information. Ensuring systems and process adherence at all times across the team.
  • Provide regular data and reports on pipeline status.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, customer experience and deliver efficiencies.

This is a full time 12-month Maternity Leave cover to be based in Sydney or Adelaide.

Who you are- 3-5 years' experience within education, preferably international, with at least 1 in a similar role- Extensive knowledge of the ESOS Act, CRICOS, PRISMS, The National Code and DIBP regulations- High level capabilities with regard to student database processes- Competence in use of Microsoft Office products- Excellent customer service skills- Excellent problem-solving skills- Ability to adhere to and disseminate policies and procedures- Ability to prioritise and manage a large volume of work to be distributed
