Customer Experience Lead, Customer Welcome Centre Melbourne
Overview:
As a Customer Experience Lead in Melbourne, you will be in charge of planning and executing engaging customer briefings and events at the Customer Welcome Center. Your main focus will be on providing tailored experiences for each customer, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment, and driving operational excellence. This role is office-based at our Melbourne center.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute impactful customer experiences and briefings
- Deliver innovative showcase tours to showcase HP's technology
- Lead prep calls with Account Teams and Discussion Leaders
- Collaborate to implement customer experiences at CWC
- Develop relevant content for market segments
- Ensure accurate tracking of briefing metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience
- Experience with various customer stakeholders
- Knowledge of the IT industry
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
- Ability to translate tech concepts into business value
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Capability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
