Administration Officer | Tamworth

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our high performing National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.

As an Administration Officer your responsibility will be to assist Client Managers to help achieve goals & budget forecasts.This role is customer focused which includes assisting with the end-to-end renewal process, preparation of quotation & placement slips, submitting reports, correspondence and general office duties.

This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to start their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced, and collaborative environment.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

This position will suit a someone with the following experience:

  • Well organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong Customer Service Focus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Insurance Industry or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
