Applications are now open for a new Customer Claims Officer to join our wonderful team based at Eight Mile Plains. This is a permanent full-time role, reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager and filling a much-needed place in the Finance team.

About you

A considerate and engaging person, you will be a confident collaborator and have a people-first approach. We're looking for an accomplished administrator with strong data entry skills to join the finance team.

You will have:

  • Experience in administration with NDIS experience preferred but not necessary
  • Sound level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound level of numeracy, literacy, and computer skills

What will you be doing?

  • Accurate and responsive financial data entry
  • Assisting with Customer data information sourced from the CMS and used across other systems
  • Collate and input service data and set up relevant rosters in the Client
    Management System (CMS).
  • Generate bulk upload exports as required to allow for NDIS
    claims in the NDIS Provider Portal
  • Provide information as required at the end of month to allow for accrual of
    services not processed.

What you need to have or be willing to obtain:

  • A current QLD Driver's License
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or be willing to obtain)
  • A QLD Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
