Our 'T25 Strategy' is designed to deliver exceptional customer experience, improve our reputation, and sustain growth. Culture plays a huge role to achieve all three. So our People & Culture team is growing and we're looking for Employee Experience superstars to help us make Telstra the place people want to work.

As a member of the Organisational Development team, and a trusted internal advisor, you will have the opportunity to work across Organisational Development domains like - Employee Experience, Culture, Talent, Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance, Leadership and Learning and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, using Human Centred Design and Agile ways of working to:

  • Identify and define people related problems and priorities within the business.
  • Design and test key initiatives that will enable Telstra to deliver on it's T25 workforce and culture ambitions.
  • Lead implementation, embedding, measurement and lifecycle management of key initiatives to ensure they're driving impact.
  • Collaborate across teams, creating an integrated and simple experience for our people.
