a&co Recruitment are delighted to partner with this well established and highly respected organisation to recruit a new HR Coordinator to join their existing team.

The Role:

This hands-on position focuses on IR processes and involves working closely with line managers and the HR Business Partners. There is ample opportunity for involvement in projects and professional growth

Duties will include:

  • Support the business with performance management issues and ensure procedural fairness.
  • Interpret and apply employment law and the Fair Work Act.
  • Review processes and documentation related to casual staff and conversions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process.
  • Provide documentation, reporting, and administrative support.

The Person:

  • This role would suit a hands-on HR Coordinator with a few years' experience and a tertiary education.
  • Exposure to IR and performance management processes.
  • You will be a team player, able to work effectively both independently and as part of the broader team.
  • You should be highly organised, proactive and articulate with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
