About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen supporting our Cowal operation. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the role co-ordinates and provide effective and efficient administrative services to site (includes employees, suppliers, contractors and visitors) and support to the Site Leadership Team, including the General Manager and Manager - Operations

You will coordinate and delegate administrative duties across all Departments to ensure consistent high-level support is achieved by the administration team, coaching, mentoring and supporting Administration Officers to ensure high standards of performance and output.

This opportunity has a diverse workload including developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures; Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of Cowal events (both onsite and offsite), including meetings, presentations, and site visits including community events as required and assistance with report running and collation, diary and email management, travel and accommodation bookings, expense reconciliations and invoice management for Site Leadership Team.

You must be able to build and model a high-performance team culture aligned to our values (Safety, Excellence, Accountability, Respect) and EVP (Bold team, Bright Future), with all activities designed to drive greater levels of engagement, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have previous leadership experience and associated qualifications with high attention to detail and effective communication skills. You will be naturally curious with a problem solving, analytical mind and a team based approached.
