About the role

With an Australia wide remit, this role will see you taking ownership of the delivery of training courses from inception through to execution.

You will lead a team of three, responsible for the coordinating and scheduling of the training courses whilst also taking direct responsibility for programs targeted at Director level.


Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Key responsibilities:

  • Successfully leading your direct team of three, improving course delivery and ensuring excellence in customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities and developing strategies to develop client opportunities
  • Setting the annual calendar and managing budgets of training programs and courses
  • Building strong internal stakeholder relationships ensuring consistency in delivery and achieving a smooth client experience from end to end
  • Delivering the premium training course
  • Overseeing and project managing to ensure commitments and contractual obligations are met

You will have:

  • Previous event management experience ideally within corporate or professional services
  • The ability to lead as well as selfmanage your own workload
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • A flair for event/program project management
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A high level of attention to detail with sound analysis and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to take ownership
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel and CRM systems
