About the role

With an Australia-wide remit, this role will see you taking ownership of the delivery of training courses from inception through to execution.

You will lead a close knit team, responsible for the coordinating and scheduling of the training courses whilst also taking direct responsibility for programs targeted at Director level.


Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Successfully leading your direct team, improving course delivery and ensuring excellence in customer experience.
  • Identifying opportunities and developing strategies to develop client opportunities.
  • Setting the annual calendar and managing budgets of training programs and courses.
  • Building strong internal stakeholder relationships ensuring consistency in delivery and achieving a smooth client experience from end to end.
  • Overseeing and project managing to ensure commitments and contractual obligations are met.

Experience

You will have:

  • Previous corporate management experience within corporate or professional services.
  • The ability to lead as well as selfmanage your own workload.
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to take ownership.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel and CRM systems.
