Your Role:

This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;

Data Sales and Pipeline Management

  • Evangelizing the
    _flybuys_ data story in market (Education and Consultancy) to a small portfolio of media agencies and when required to brands direct
  • Manage RFP (request for proposal) from endtoend, working with both media agency trader(s) and DSP partners
  • Collaborate with Analytics department to selecting audiences, profiling and ensuring matching of
    _ flybuys_ data maximizes on the Return on Marketing Investment
  • Work with a small portfolio of Media agency traders (primary focus on Trading Desks) to manage and consult on data activation best practice

Account Management:

  • Direct contact for Brands and Agencies across Australia for campaign management and execution.
  • Operate as point of contact for internal & external client services queries for existing and prospect client.
  • Supports developing, evolving and refining the Digital Audiences client service process.
  • Supports developing and day to day management of new and existing accounts, including: Client budgeting, Client digital strategy development and management, campaign management, campaign reporting.

Your Experience:

  • Experience as a Team Coordinator or Administrator ideally within a media agency or advertising/ marketing technology company.
  • Understanding of the DSP and programmatic buying ecosystem.
  • Understanding of digital media planning, strategy and reporting.
  • Experience with diary management, timely appointments, effective meeting schedules, accurate record keeping and efficient filing.
  • Accurate and timely development reporting.
  • Ability to investigate, analyse & solve problems, and clearly communicate results.
  • Experience operating, process, procedures and documentation for campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, bidding strategy, optimisation and reporting.
