About the role

About you

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer and business needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that features are developed and delivered according to the product roadmap and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure that user interfaces are intuitive and userfriendly.
  • Analyse and interpret customer feedback, usage data, and other relevant metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Manage and communicate product releases to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Conduct regular product demos and presentations to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
