Job Summary:

RSM Australia is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for utilizing Agile methodologies to work with clients to deliver a range of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Project Scheduling and Risk Management: Manage project schedules and ensure effective risk management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaboration with Product Owners and Development Teams: Work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure clear requirements and priorities.
  • Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement: Remove impediments and address issues to keep the project on track and maintain momentum. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging best practices and Agile principles.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on team progress, sprint goals, and project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and Project Management Qualifications.
  • Experience: Experience delivering in federal government, managing cross-functional teams, and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications: Agile Project Management certifications such as Agile PM, SAFe, Scrum or other.
  • Clearance: NV1 Clearance or ability to secure.
