Goodlife Health Club in Preston has a unique opportunity for a Group Exercise professional with management experience to lead our Group Fitness Team.
Your primary goals will be to lead, mentor, and develop your Group Fitness team, to promote group fitness opportunities and initiatives to our members, to increase member engagement, and to enhance membership value.
This role is ideal for a passionate Group Fitness professional with both demonstrated Group Fitness and management experience (management experience can be drawn from other industries).
You will work closely with the Club Manager and the Regional Manager.
You MUST be available:
- Mondays - 9:00am-2:00pm
Key responsibilities include;
- Attracting and recruiting Group Fitness Instructors
- Managing and timetabling up to 100 Group Fitness classes weekly
- Help new Group Fitness Instructors become a part of the team by coaching, motivating and inspiring them.
- Building a culture where your team love to come to work and members love to work out.
- Create a fun and focused club experience by organising, marketing and running a Group Exercise timetable that meets the needs of our members.
- Manage Group Fitness budgets and prepare related reports.
- Act as a role model, motivator and a Goodlife brand ambassador.
