We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Group Finance Manager to join our team at Field Mining Services Group. As a critical role in securing long-term success for the company, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and lead the finance team, ensuring they are cross-trained and have up-to-date work instructions.
- Provide financial guidance and support to Operational Managers, helping them understand financials and key indicators/metrics.
- Oversee the month-end close-off process, ensuring it is completed within published timeframes.
- Develop and manage budgets, reforecasts, and consolidations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to calculate client rates and contracts.
- Conduct risk reviews as the group grows and expands into new areas.
- Current driver's license.
- Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or similar qualification.
- Competency in MYOB EXO, Word, and Excel.
- CA/CPA qualification (desired).
- Strong statutory and management reporting skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
