About the Role

Working under the guidance of the Senior Program Manager, this role entails diverse and largely independent administrative responsibilities to ensure the team/unit functions accurately and effectively to achieve crucial milestones. Specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Providing a variety of administrative and support services such as records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination to bolster the operational efficiency of the team/unit;
  • Compiling and organizing information, preparing documents, and correspondence in accordance with quality and organizational requirements to facilitate information flow and aid decision-making processes;
  • Executing regular financial transactions and procurement activities while adhering to agency standards and protocols;
  • Addressing inquiries, and efficiently managing and redirecting issues when necessary to ensure the provision of precise information;
  • Maintaining and updating records and databases in compliance with administrative protocols and procedures to guarantee the accuracy, proper storage, and accessibility of all information.
