We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audio-Visual professional to join our Hospitality Team with one of our leading Corporate Clients Ernst & Young (EY).

This role is more than just the basics and requires someone with of energy, drive and commitment.

We are looking for team player who is highly passionate on all things tech and is looking to deliver great service assistance to users and clients alike.

About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

  • Support EY staff and clients for meetings and events over three client floors
  • Normal shift hours rotates between 07:0019:00 & also support for occasional evening events
  • Mainly supporting Teams calls, Video conference calls, Surface Hubs, Zoom, Webex etc also including broadcast for inhouse hybrid meetings with a splash of creative media works.
  • You are a technical maestro with a minimum of 2 years experience but also know how to create excellent client experiences you can demonstrate your ability to really make a positive impact
  • You want to have positive interactions with all clients it's part of your DNA
  • You have proven experience in utilizing technology platforms such as Microsoft Teams including Teams rooms (MTR's) & Video conferencing.
  • Experience around AMX, Crestron control systems & Audio procssors is beneficial
  • You're inquisitive, you enjoy supporting new initiatives and you're happy to share your knowledge and work not only in a service and support environment, but be part of teams responsible for upgrades and rollout new projects
  • You have experience maintaining & working with vendors to support AV systems
  • You're flexible, deal easily with an everchanging scope of work and cope well under pressure you've got a proven record of involvement within a diverse range of operations most importantly in the running of meetings and events and never loose your cool
  • You've got a passion for service delivery you can solve technical issues quickly whilst at the same time as creating great client experiences
