About the Role

We are looking for a Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Systems Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12-Month Secondment.

This role will report to the HSE Manager ANZ at ourEnfield office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collation/management of data for HSE reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and improve the MAURI learning management system
  • MauriLearn/EDApp including the uploading and monitoring of new and existing training resources, technical support to MAURI users as required.
  • Training and fielding enquiries from relevant HSE Business Partners on HSE systems functionality and management.
  • Support and improve MAURI division with HSE systems including relevant and timely feedback to system providers.
  • Organise/schedule training programs (e.g., Lock Out Tag Out; Incident and Investigation Management; Personal Protective Equipment
  • PPE; Safe Handling; Dust Awareness).
  • Organise/schedule Safety Leadership and refresher Programs.
  • Problemsolving capability
  • A positive attitude towards planning and coordinating amongst multiple teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn various systems and programs.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with key stakeholders.
