Your Role :

As the Train Presentation Lead, you will play an important role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our entire train fleet.

Your keen eye for detail and exceptional leadership skills will drive the success of our train presentation team, ensuring that every train carriage is a welcoming and enjoyable space for passengers.

Please note this is a shift role on a 2-week rotation requiring you to be available onnights & weekends.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee and lead the train presentation team, inspiring them to achieve excellence in their daily duties.
  • Work closely with our contractors to ensure our trains are being cleaned around the planning.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning and presentation processes to maximise productivity and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Learning how to run all 3 of the external wash plants, including fatality cleaning
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any train presentationrelated issues promptly.
  • Roster management for all wash plant operators for all wash plants
  • Daily, weekly & monthly reporting
  • Manage fleet programs (night/day)
  • Conducting and coordinating site inductions, auditing at all cleaning sites, repair work at all sites on our Tier 2 reactive maintenance service agreements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure trains meet our quality standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for the team and passengers.

About you:

  • TTSA Train Track Safety Awareness Level or willingness to obtain


 First Aid Level
  • Full Victorian Drivers License
  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high presentation standards.
