About the business and the role
AA Concrete Co is an established Concreting business located in Craigieburn.

The majority of our work is in residential constructing
- pouring waffle and raft slabs.

Our continual growth has presented an excellent opportunity for a full time experienced
Concreter finisher/Pourer that can
Lead a Crew of 3-4 concreters.

You must be experienced in the following:

• Read plans
• Boxing and formwork
• Screed
• Steel fix
• Pour
• Finish (Chopper)
• Drive our truck from the yard to site
• Attention to detail in forming and finishing concrete is a must.

What we offer:

• You will earn between
  $400 to $500+ per day based off experience:
• ABN Holders
• Potential to go to Full Time employment with all benefits
• Be able to work some Saturdays
• Secure longterm employment
• Lead and run your own crew

About You:

• You will be an experienced concreter
• Be able to read plans
• Be able to Box a job from start to finish
• Love concrete and working in a team
• Be Punctual
• Have a car licence

The successful applicant must have a positive attitude, be punctual and a team player. Due to the nature of the position being physically fit and able is imperative.

• Concreting: 5 years (required)
• Chopper: 3 years (preferred)

• Driver Licence (required)
