  • Luxury Escapes is an inperson company, and currently our Product Managers are encouraged to come to the office for four (4) days, with one (1) day of remote work (days to be agreed with your line manager) as an option._

The Product Team


The Product Team at Luxury Escapes is responsible for designing, building and rolling-out products which deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Product Managers collaborate across our Technology Teams and the wider Luxury Escapes organisation to set the strategic direction, scope, and success metrics for product initiatives.

As we continue to scale, our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience to all our customers around the globe when booking their dream holidays.


You will have the opportunity to own a product vertical end-to-end and be involved owning and driving initiatives from ideation through implementation at launch to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes.

The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our product development efforts across multiple verticals.

You'll bring your leadership skills and join our dynamic product team, working shoulder to shoulder with the engineering team and other stakeholders in the organisation, to deliver a superior online travel booking experience to our customers.

Along with owning multiple verticals and a specific group, you will be responsible for designing, building and rolling-out products which deliver the company's vision and strategy.


What you'll do

  • Lead the vision, strategy and execution for multiple verticals and a group of Products with Luxury Escapes
  • Mentor and inspire a growing team of experienced and junior Product Managers
  • Identify new strategic opportunities for improving the customer experience across the Luxury Escapes Platform
  • Collaborate with the product design, software engineering and wider Luxury Escapes teams to ship high quality, valuable, and loved products
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across the technology and the wider teams at Luxury Escapes
  • Deeply understand our customers so you can advocate for them and their needs
  • Make a large impact across our product family and influence millions of users and thousands of customers for decades to come

Your background

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management role (all the more, if you've been responsible for multiple products coupled with leadership experience)
  • Experience growing teams with complex and dependent projects in a multiyear mission
  • You have proven experience mentoring and/or managing other product managers
  • Proven track record of managing and growing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
  • You're able to demonstrate your strong teamwork with a history of collaborating with engineering and design teams, with the ability to influence with crossfunctional teams
  • Possess the technical knowhow to partner with engineering to work on the roadmap you define
  • Experience nailing hard problems and imparting that knowledge to your PM teams with frameworks and stories
  • A track record of encouraging your teams to build great products with a constant desire to understand, question, and improve the experiences for users
  • Comfort presenting a compelling narrative to large audiences and groups of executives
  • Excitement about working on the product offerings at Luxury Escapes and helping them continue to scale and grow
  • You're confident in your opinions but enjoy being challenged to think about a problem from a different angle
  • Demonstrated success defining, metrics and launching excellent products
