The Managed Accounts product sits within the Wealth Product and Technology business of Banking and Financial Services.

An exciting role currently exists for an experienced and driven professional Product Manager to be part of our Managed Accounts team in one of the faster areas of industry growth and helping Macquarie continue to build its product proposition and market presence.

As the Product Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Working across the Managed Accounts team to identify key areas of risk, growth, or enhancement within Managed Accounts
  • Helping to develop and owning the execution of Managed Accounts strategy in partnership with Product and Strategy Leadership teams
  • Driving the prioritisation of product enhancements and owning the endtoend outcome of all product changes
  • Be heavily involved in market trends and changes, have a deep understanding of how businesses use Managed Accounts to bring back insights and lead change
  • Manage change and requirements with senior stakeholders and Product Directors from design through to implementation
  • Finding and assisting the broader team to find ongoing improvements and efficiencies in the business and working closely with them to see change through to implementation.
  • Working closely with a variety of stakeholders including sales, service and operations, risk, marketing and legal.

About you

  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and ability through strategic thinking and problem solving.
  • 5+ years' experience in product management within the financial services industry and ideally with Managed Accounts or Platform experience
  • The ability to deliver in a fastpaced, output focused environment
  • Have high degree of initiative and selfmotivation as part of a small team
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels.
  • Have the client front of mind focusing on outstanding client outcomes.
