Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
As a Product Manager at Link Group working on our cornerstone product with huge strategic importance you'll get to:

  • Identify big ideas and iterative improvements that move the needle on our capabilities that best serve our customers
  • Create, prioritize, and refine requirements using discovery and data to drive product and feature decisions
  • Decide on user experience key features and prototype those decisions with Designers
  • Use Product Management best practices to manage deliverables across tactical priorities and strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to solicit feedback while creating incremental improvements in both product and processes
  • Communicate business value and technical rationale behind product decisions to a broad crosssection of stakeholders
  • Collaborate and develop strategic partnerships with third party vendors
  • Monitor the market and develop competitor analyses
  • Work with Solution Delivery Managers and engineering squads to ensure the selected requirements and designs are built right
  • Work with Product Marketing to plan the stages, methods and communication of releases to market
  • Developing product documentation and delivering product training
  • Project managing risks and capturing necessary governance of product deliverables

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • 2+ years' experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
  • Experience working with crossfunctional Agile teams comprised of engineers, designers, and researchers
  • Demonstrated experience working with ambiguity and being able to build strategic direction and roadmaps
  • Experience using analytical skills to gather, surface, and interpret user data to help drive decision making
  • Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders spread across the world
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated track record in succinctly communicating product vision and design decisions at all levels
Preferred qualifications

  • Experiencing working with product management in the B2B financial services
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
