VGA has an opening for a Dealer Systems Specialist.
Being part of dealer system support group, the primary purpose of this role is to deliver support and maintenance services for the dealer management system (DMS) to VGA and its dealers.
Key success factor for this role is in-depth understanding of the business processes at the dealerships and being able to guide the business in the best use of the systems.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide consulting services to the dealer network concerning process improvements
- Functionally test new development and enhancements of the DMS.
- Diagnose errors and faults and gather diagnostic information about such faults
- Assist with project management of future dealer systems installations
- Create online tutorials and other materials to help users use the system
About you:
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor / Diploma in Business Management or Information Technology (or similar related qualification)
- ITIL v4 certification
- Application support experience
- SQL query skills
- Automotive dealer environment experience preferred.
- Training delivery experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong technical writing skills
- Project management skills an advantage
- Systems analysis/design an advantage
- Accounting experience/knowledge an advantage.
