Reporting to the Executive Director, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all business services matters, you will be responsible for promptly and effectively addressing any issues or inquiries that arise, acting as a crucial link between the branch and other departments.

Your primary focus will involve the development, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of the allocated budget, ensuring the efficient and effective allocation of financial resources.

By preparing regular reports on finances and human resources, you will provide senior staff across all units within the branch with the necessary information for informed decision-making.

You will be responsible for the management of the Executive and Business Support (AO4) role within the Branch.


As an active member of the team, you will actively support various administrative functions, including asset maintenance, accounts payable, purchasing activities, and human resource management.

Flexibility and adaptability will be key as you willingly take on any other tasks assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be vital in effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, strong analytical abilities and financial acumen will be essential to fulfill the reporting and budgeting responsibilities.

Having a solid understanding of administrative processes and adopting a proactive mindset will further enable you to support the branch's smooth functioning.

The successful person

To excel in this role, you must have a track record of preparing comprehensive financial and human resource management reports using relevant software.

Your demonstrated proficiency in this area will contribute to informed decision-making within the organization.

Additionally, you should possess effective consultative, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills that are suitable for navigating a complex and ever-changing environment.


Moreover, your ability to successfully manage multiple activities and projects concurrently, while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality, will be crucial to your success in this position.

Furthermore, you will actively participate in a team-oriented approach, utilizing your problem-solving abilities to review, develop, and evaluate innovative business processes.

This collaborative effort will ensure effective performance and positive outcomes for the branch.
