The Organisation:

Our Client is a leading provider of Indigenous support services, working across Victoria. They provide a variety of tailored support programs to the Stolen Generation and their families.


In order to ensure the back office continues to support the great work that our client does, it seeks a Corporate Services Manager with a strong focus on Human Resources and Finance/IT.


The Role:

Reporting to the CEO and as a key member of the Leadership Team, the

Corporate Services Manager is responsible for monitoring expenditure and managing financial reporting to the CEO and the Board, as well as Governance, Funding, and Legislation compliance. They will also lead Human Resources, as well as operational aspects such as IT strategies, OH&S, workforce planning, learning and development, and fleet management.

The Corporate Services Manager will:

  • Contribute to the implementation & monitoring of the strategic, operational, and workforce plans, and the finance and risk management functions.
  • Develop organisational budgets, monitor expenditure, and manage financial reporting to the CEO and Board.
  • Engage and manage suppliers and contractors, including procurement policy.
  • Oversee the HR function including recruitment, remuneration, induction, policies and procedures, OH&S, workforce planning, and learning and development.

The Person:

To be successful in the role you will need to have:

  • Relevant experience and/or qualifications in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or other relevant qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with the ability to engage with and influence stakeholders, including Government.
  • Change management experience, particularly in relation to leading change, building support and commitment, and developing, negotiating, and implementing change in an effective manner.
