Owners Corporation Manager

Our locally owned business requires additional staff to service a period of growth of this ever growing industry. The success of our company has been built on a strong focus on customer service, solid work ethic, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of (3) years experience as an Owners Corporation Manager, Facilities Manager or Assistant Owners Corporation Manager, fantastic financial literacy (e.g., the ability to pick discrepancies in balance sheets, put together budgets, etc.) and an uncompromising commitment to customer service.

Your Responsibilities.
- Liaise with owners, committees, agents, tradespeople, solicitors, etc
- Conduct various tasks to meet client needs and expectations
- Prepare budgets and financial statements
- Prepare condition reports on buildings and conduct regular site visits
- Lodge and oversee insurance claims through to completion
- Chair annual general meetings, committee meetings & special general meetings
- Prepare for and host Annual General Meetings, including action of items arising from the meetings
- Investigate and arrange for the collection of outstanding contributions
- Answer phone calls, attend to email enquiries, deal with face to face enquiries;
- Other duties as instructed by the director
Your Skills & Experience.
- Must have a minimum of (3) years experience as an Owners Corporation Manager, Facilities Manager or Assistant Owners Corporation Manager
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to read, interpret and apply the Owners Corporation Act
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret a plan of subdivision
- Strong financial and digital literacy skills (including budgeting) - proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to adapt to change - a problem solver
- Highly motivated team player
