About the Opportunity


Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate marketing campaigns, focus on stakeholder engagement and lead promotional activities to support Clinpath within the South Australian pathology market.

You will play an integral part in maximising the impact of what we do within the healthcare sector and the community and you will connect and engage with key target audiences to drive organisational objectives.

Working within a team this role supports business initiatives, operations and special projects with a focus on external stakeholders.

This involves a wide variety of tasks and a degree of initiative and input is welcomed and expected as well as the ability to take direction and follow instructions.

The role would suit a person seeking experience in the exciting and rapidly growing field of marketing and engagement.

Duties:

Marketing

  • Assist to develop and design any marketing material in accordance with relevant legislation, regulation and guidelines;
  • Assist with the marketing material and promotions for any events, including but not limited to speeches, presentations, advertising and publications;
  • Assist to maintain internal and external communication platforms including print, electronic and social media forums;
  • Assist with Sonic Publications to update and edit company publications;
  • Maintain website content;
  • Identify opportunities for promotion and awareness in support of the strategic plan;
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and distribute information which promote the business and align with the growth strategy;
  • Manage corporate branding across all forums, ensuring brand consistency';
  • Collaborate and develop internal communication pieces;

Engagement

  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish effective communication channels to keep staff informed about changes, projects or key information within the business;
  • Work with external stakeholders to identify potential market opportunities and engagement opportunities;
  • Keep abreast of industry activities, sector challenges, policy reforms and consumer and sector advocacy channels;
  • Maintain positive stakeholder relations in regards to public relations and media;
  • Develop initiatives that extend our reach within the healthcare sectors;
  • Build the businesses presence and profile;
  • Manage any databases and analyse qualitative and quantitative date to report on activities;
  • Develop and drive communication strategies;

Events

  • Prepare and manage event calendar;
  • Coordinate and promote external and internal events in line with budget;
  • Manage stakeholder engagement for events;
  • Assist with the preparation and management of event promotional material.

Applicants should possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications plus an appropriate level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation;
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and implementing promotional material and or events;
  • Experience in managing media and public relations;
  • Good attention to detail and strong time management skills;
  • Demonstrated skills in managing multiple competing priorities to drive results
  • Previous experience within the Healthcare industry (Highly regarded);
  • Selfdirected, energetic and motivated to achieve agreed outcomes;
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to interpret instructions and provide feedback to ensure systems, procedures and processes are maintained at the highest standard; and
  • You will be required to receive the COVID 19 vaccination in order to perform this role and provide copy of certificate.
