About The Role


Our
Customer Service/Sales
Coordinator position is a full time role with a long established company that is evolving with modern lightning technology.

You will be engaged and looking for a long term stability role where you can use your love of people, customers and team in order to support and coordinate all projects.


Key Responsibilities for The Role:

  • Create and track sales orders and quotations.
  • Build customer relationships and provide weekly reviews and documentations.
  • Storage and allocation of sales staff's samples as per process and procedure.
  • Support and manage sales team project and reporting.
  • Liaising with customers on order details and meet delivery deadlines

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and reporting structures.
  • Maintain appropriate records as required under OHS legislation.
  • Excellent investigation and data reporting skills.
  • Electrical and lighting background highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated database management experience.

Working closely with the Sales Manager and entire team whilst servicing our client builders and architects, you will be fully supported in this role with a great positive close knit team and resources to advance you in your role.
