Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse and service team that supports our customers and the wider business.

We are now looking to train and develop our next Customer Service and Spare Parts Assistant to support our machinery division.

About You

  • From your time working in retail, you likely have developed strong customer service skills. You take the time to seek to understand other people, and look to find an answer to their question or solution to their problem to provide the best customer experience.
  • For you standing behind a desk all day does not suit your work style. You have been the most fulfilled when you are active on the retail floor, being hands on in your work by replenishing stock and proactively engaging with customers.
  • Interacting with customers and collaborating with others is where you get your energy. You want something that combines both in your next role because you are peoplefocused and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • It's ok if you don't know much about our specific tools and equipment. What's most important is that you are someone who enjoys learning new things and is always seeking feedback from your manager on how you can improve your skills.

About the Role
As a key person within the Service and Machinery Division, you will work closely with the warehousing and purchasing team by:

  • Completing cycle counts and stock takes within the warehouse and ensuring that reconciliations are complete for stock takes.
  • Assist with the despatch process by picking and packing machine parts and using the forklift to load products onto couriers (if you don't have a forklift license, we will help you get one)
  • Working in collaboration with the Purchasing Coordinator, updating them on outgoing stock and future requirements to meet customer needs.
  • Ensuring that the warehouse is clean and tidy and OH&S standards, policies and procedures are being adhered to.
  • Dispatching orders to customers
