Your Impact & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the renewal of customer maintenance contracts in assigned region; this includes providing
quotes to the assigned channel partners

  • Responsible for upselling customers and identifying opportunities for crossselling.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential account; building rapport, providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
  • Outbound calls to existing customers for the purpose of selling renewal contract, upsell & crossselling
  • Manage Enduser, Reseller & Distributors expectation and 24 hours respond time on enquiry (SLA)
  • Handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, coterming, upselling and reinstatement of maintenance contracts
  • Positively interacts and collaborates with Customers and Partners
  • Identifies and pursues maintenance reinstatement opportunities
  • Assists in negotiation of maintenance agreements
  • Work closely with distributor, Account Manager and Sales Engineers to ensure sales closure
  • Responsible in provide adequate training to partners on Renewals Tool and responsible for managing inquiries on renewals
  • Track and measure daily sales goals vis Salesforce database
  • Maintain CRM Hygiene on Pipeline update, Account Information & Customer information.

  • Able to make up 30 and above calls each day

  • Selfmotivated, upbeat, organized and highly persistent in followups
  • Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies
  • Fluent in English
