Key Responsibilities
- Become the main Multimedia point of contact for users onsite
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all technical requirements are captured ahead of their event.
- Arrange rehearsals and testing with all parties to ensure event goes smoothly.
- Schedule, coordinate and support internal meetings and events
- Provide training to end users on inhouse AV systems.
- Respond to and manage technical issues as they arise.
Key Skills
- Broad knowledge and experience of Audio-Visual equipment.
- Strong customer relations skills.
- Positive, proactive, willing to learn and professional attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously, with excellent time management skills.
- Able to stay calm in a pressurized environment.
- Willingness to work some flexible hours when required
- Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Experience working with AV control systems, Video codecs, and DSP's desirable
