As the Talent Acquisition Program Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, developing policies and procedures, providing training and guidance, and more in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Conduct reviews of compliance advisors
  • Enhance policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance on compliance

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition or compliance experience
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience with Power BI an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
